Treasury & Reporting Analyst
Own treasury, lender reporting and cash insights at Tabeo, helping a fast-growing fintech strengthen controls and scale financial operations across 6,000+ UK clinics.
Our mission is to become the financial and revenue operating system for primary care practices.
We help dental and veterinary clinics manage how money flows into the practice - from patient access, to payments, memberships, financing, insurance, and reporting - in one coherent system.
Rather than treating payments, plans, and finance as separate tools, we combine them into a single operating layer that reflects how practices actually run their business.
There are three structural shifts reshaping primary care right now:
Patient access is moving beyond opening hours. Clinics are under pressure to be available when patients want to engage, not just when the front desk is staffed. Voice and chat interfaces are becoming the new front door to care.
Revenue is becoming structured, not ad-hoc. Memberships, financing, and insurance are increasingly used to smooth cashflow, improve access, and increase predictability — particularly as NHS capacity declines and private care expands.
Practices need better financial insight, not more software. Owners and managers want to understand whether their pricing, plans, and utilisation make economic sense — without becoming analysts or relying on opaque tools.
Today, we support over 6,000 dental practices across the UK. 100 more join our platform every month. Tabeo is the dominant market leader for patient finance and seeks to reinvent memberships next. Beyond payments, we are launching a voice/chat AI solution that complements our existing products.
Tabeo is profitable. We seek to grow revenue by 50-60% per year and exceed £25 million ARR in 2028.
We believe in a remote first approach to work and equip teams with perks and tools so they can thrive. However, we all come together 2x per year for our amazing ‘Team Weeks’. We previously met in Dubai, Lisbon, London and Athens. Next is a surprise!

This is a hands-on analytical role. You’ll be working with detailed financial and transactional data, recurring reporting requirements and processes where accuracy is critical.
As Tabeo grows, we want this person not only to run these processes reliably, but to improve how they work.

Covenant monitoring
Monitor financial and operational covenants associated with Tabeo's lending facilities.
Maintain clear visibility over current covenant positions.
Identify potential issues or areas requiring attention early.
Ensure calculations and supporting data are accurate and appropriately controlled.
Escalate risks clearly to Finance leadership.
Lender cash reconciliation
Reconcile cash movements relating to Tabeo's lenders.
Ensure expected cash movements match underlying financial and transactional records.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences.
Maintain appropriate controls and evidence around reconciliation processes.
Improve transparency over how cash moves through the business.
Treasury & cash management
Support the day-to-day management and monitoring of Tabeo's cash position.
Maintain visibility over cash movements across the business.
Support cash-flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
Monitor balances and ensure appropriate checks are completed.
Help develop and improve the controls surrounding treasury activities.
Reporting, analysis & process improvement
Work with large and sometimes complex financial datasets.
Use Excel / Google Sheets extensively to analyse and reconcile data.
Ideally use SQL, Python or similar tools to improve analysis and automate repetitive processes.
Identify opportunities to make treasury and reporting processes more efficient, reliable and scalable.
Reduce reliance on individual knowledge and manual processes where appropriate.
Requirements
Strong analytical ability.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
SQL / Python or other data / automation experience.
Experience working with financial reporting, reconciliations or cash-flow data.
Comfortable owning recurring processes with important deadlines.
Able to investigate discrepancies and understand their underlying cause.
Strong understanding of controls and the importance of accurate financial data.
Comfortable working with large datasets.
Treasury experience.
Desirable:
Lender or debt reporting experience.
Covenant monitoring experience.
Regulatory reporting experience.
Experience in banking, fintech or financial services.
Cash-flow forecasting experience.

Company trips, offsites, and team get-togethers we actually look forward to!
This role will ideally be London-based.
While Tabeo operates remotely, there will be value in spending time with the Finance team in person, particularly during onboarding while learning the lender reporting and treasury processes.
We would expect someone in this role to be comfortable attending the London office regularly, potentially around once a week during their initial months.
